Christmas Eve Dinner

Although we broke with our Hungarian tradition to decorate our tree on Christmas Eve, we remained true to our customary fish dinner on that night. The rockfish turned out excellent, as did the saffron risotto. Still, the prize had to go to the chocolate madeleines. Lesson learnt: no more half bottles of champagne; go for full or better yet, the magnum next time ;^)
